Registration Deadlines

All entries must be received by the posted deadlines no later than 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time.

Unless otherwise stated below, check in times are posted approximately one week after the regular fee entry deadline.

Registration Opens August 1, 2017
Regular Fee Deadline August 30, 2017
Triple Fee Entry Deadline (No Paper Entry) September 13, 2017
Withdrawal Deadline September 20, 2017
Classification Change/Seeding Deadline September 27, 2017

Entry Fees

ONLY entry fees are refundable and ONLY if the withdrawal is made by to the withdrawal deadline. 

Registration and admin fees (both paper and online) are non-refundable. 

Refunds submitted by the deadline will be for the event fees as the registration/administration fees in non-refundable. For Team refunds, the maximum refund is $60.00 per team if the refund is received by the posted deadline.
