(Colorado Springs, Colo.) – USA Fencing is pleased to announce a partnership with ProteinHouse to present the November North American Cup, Nov. 10-13 in Kansas City, Mo.

With locations in five states, ProteinHouse restaurants nurture and support those who strive for a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.

Located just a six-minute walk from the Kansas City Convention Center at 1345 Main Street, the downtown Kansas City location includes nutritious meal options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The extensive menu includes a variety of meals for sit-down or carry-out, including protein pancakes, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, burritos, bowls and smoothies.

Simply mention “USA Fencing” and a portion of the proceeds from your meal will be donated by ProteinHouse to support USA Fencing.

“We often hear that one of the challenges of traveling to competitions is finding healthy food options in a city you may not know well,” said Bill Korbus (Colorado Springs, Colo.), USA Fencing Director of Marketing. “We’re excited to partner with ProteinHouse to give fencers and their families access to delicious food that’s a quick walk from the competition venue and close to our host hotels.”

Hours for ProteinHouse are:

Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

“We really wanted to extend our welcome to USA Fencing by presenting the Kansas City North American Cup. The ProteinHouse mission encourages people to ‘Eat with Purpose,’ so nourishing these competitive fencers is perfectly aligned,” said Joe Kelly (Kansas City), partner in the downtown ProteinHouse location. “Our friendly, courteous and expert staff looks forward to meeting the nutritional needs of USA Fencing’s athletes, and giving back to the organization financially, with this North American Cup nourished by ProteinHouse here in Kansas City.”
