Sport Psychology Seminar with Karen Cogan at the January NAC Canceled due to Flight Delays Caused by Winter Storms

UPDATE: Due to the flight delays caused by the winter storms affecting the East Coast, the sport psychology seminar with Karen Cogan on Friday, January 5 at the January NAC has been canceled. 

(Colorado Springs, Colo.) – USA Fencing Coaching Education will host a free sport psychology seminar at the January NAC in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Titled “Using Imagery to Improve Fencing Performance,” the seminar will focus on visualization tactics athletes can use prior to a competition to better their performance.

Taking place from 5-6 p.m. on Friday, January 5 in Room 4 ED of the Virginia Beach Convention Center, the one-hour session will led by Karen Cogan (Colorado Springs, Colo.), a U.S. Olympic Committee sport psychologist who works with the USA Fencing National Team.
