USA Fencing is aware of the winter storms that have been forecast for this week along the East Coast and are monitoring the situation as we prepare for the January North American Cup Nourished by Black Angus Restaurant in Virginia Beach this weekend.
The NAC will be held as scheduled, but we are monitoring the storm and will post any modifications to the schedule at http://www.usafencing.org/2018-january-nac.
Due to the potential storms, USA Fencing will allow individuals whose flights to the NAC have been cancelled the option to receive a refund of their event fee(s) OR the option to transfer their event fees to any NAC, July Challenge or Championship event between Feb. 1, 2018 and July 8, 2018.
Please note: This process is for event fees only, not registration fees which are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed 4‐6 weeks after the conclusion of the January North American Cup.
Participants who have cancelled flights are asked to contact NationalEvents@usafencing.org by no later than 11:59 Pacific Time on Jan. 11. Please include in your email proof of flight cancellation as well as the athlete name and which event(s) from which you are withdrawing.
