Tournament staff and officials will be limited to access only the rooms in which they are working. All officials need to pick up their credentials to access the competition hall. Credentials will be picked up when officials enter the venue for the first time on Friday, after completing all tournament requirements for testing and health screenings.

A shuttle has been arranged for all tournament officials flying in and out of Richmond International Airport on Thursday, June 3; Monday, June 7; and Tuesday, June 8. The shuttle will depart each pick-up location at the top of each hour. The hours of operation are as follows:
When taking the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, you should check in at the James River Transportation kiosk, located at the bottom of the escalators near the Visitor Info Booth. They will direct you to the loading area.
For departures on Monday and Tuesday, officials should wait outside the entrance to the GRCC Ballroom, directly across from the Richmond Marriott Downtown.
All tournament officials will be placed in single hotel rooms for the 2020-21 season.
In rest and meal areas, tables will be at least 6 feet apart, and the number of chairs stationed at each table will be reduced to allow for social distancing as appropriate. Lunch will be determined by local venue protocols. Meals will be prepackaged or served by venue staff to minimize the need for shared serving utensils. Disposable sets of napkins and silverware will be provided in officials meal rooms. Bottled water will be provided for tournament officials. Community games and other shared items will be removed from officials’ break areas until further notice.
