COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — For Jackie Skye Muller, fencing isn't a market to tap into. It's home.

Muller founded Recreational Habits as a brand rooted in the culture of club sports — the courts, the fairways, the clubhouses and the strips that define the sporting lives of families like hers. As a fencing family, she saw an opportunity to bring that world its own preppy sportswear line: clothes that honor the elegance and heritage of the sport while working just as well off the piste as on it.

That vision is arriving at USA Fencing events this spring.

Recreational Habits will soft-launch at the April NAC in Richmond, Va., April 24-27, with the full collection also available at Summer Nationals in Portland, Ore., June 27-July 6.

The 10-piece USA Fencing collection includes button-up shirts, rugby shirts, knit cardigans, boxer-inspired shorts, lightweight full-zip jackets, cotton fleece crewnecks, polo pullovers, joggers and a tracksuit — a range designed to move from the tournament floor to the rest of your weekend without missing a beat.

"Our relationship with USA Fencing began organically through our family's connection to the sport," Muller says. "Celebrating club sports is core to the Recreational Habits DNA, and fencing's heritage, elegance, and cultural influence align beautifully with that spirit. We also value the meaningful pathways the sport creates for young athletes to pursue higher education while continuing to compete."

Recreational Habits and USA Fencing shared a teaser of the collection on Instagram last weekend — increasing excitement for this launch.

"Recreational Habits gets something that most brands don't — that fencing isn't just a sport, it's a whole way of life for the families involved," says Phil Andrews, USA Fencing CEO. "Jackie built a brand that reflects that world from the inside, and you can feel it in every piece."
