The tournament will include women’s competition on Saturday and the men’s events on Sunday.
Competition will be held at the Fencers Club of Arizona in Chandler, 6100 W. Gila Springs Pl. #13.

Among the U.S. entrants in the women’s event are Skyla Powers (Atlanta, Ga.) who finished in the top 10 at both the Junior and Cadet World Championships in 2011 and Margaret McDonald (Atlanta, Ga.) who also competed at the Cadet Worlds.
Sixteen-year-old Adrienne Jarocki (Middle Village, N.Y.) and 15-year-old Sage Palmedo (Portland, Ore.) will be competing in Arizona after winning silver and bronze, respectively, in the individual event at the London Cadet European Cup last weekend.
Competing at his home club, 14-year-old Calvin Liang (Phoenix, Ariz.) also medaled in London last weekend where he won his first major international silver medal. Liang’s U.S. teammate, 16-year-old Peter Pak (Roslyn, N.Y.) won bronze in London and will be competing this weekend as well.
