Board of Directors Election Petitions

U.S. Fencing Association members seeking to petition to be a candidate for the USA Fencing Board of Directors are advised that the deadline for petitions is April 1, 2011. 

Positions open for election include two At-Large Directors as well as a Club Director and a Volunteer Staff Director.
 

A prospective candidate must identify the position for which he or she seeks selection, must meet the qualifications of that position and must submit in writing his or her willingness to serve via the Officer Candidate's Acceptance and Agreement Form which includes the Qualifying Affirmation as required by the USFA bylaws. 

In addition, candidates, must submit no fewer than 25 signatures of voting members of the USFA in good standing from at least five separate member clubs. Please remember that the acceptance and agreement form must be submitted at the SAME TIME as the petition signatures.
 
Submissions must be received by both the USFA National Office and Gerrie Baumgart, Chair of the Election Committee, by April 1.
