Updated Logo Chosen

The votes have been counted and in a close race, option 2 from last week’s survey is the winning logo with 38% of member votes (30% for option 1, 32% for option 3, respectively). Judging by the comments, most members seem to understand the need for an updated, stylized version, calling it “clean and crisp” and “simpler and more elegant.”

“We feel it's very important to listen and respond to the will our membership.” said Rob Weekes, Director of Marketing at USA Fencing. “Clearly, the new logo design was not embraced; and the vast majority of voters wanted to stick with a freshened version of the existing design.”

Regardless of the exact modifications to the logo, members are resoundingly happy that the old logo is back, the circular version is gone and their voice has been heard.
