USA Fencing

The USA Women's Foil Squad is proud to offer a national training camp in Portland, Oregon during the Junior Olympics Championship. The camp will provide an opportunity for all WF competitive fencers to train alongside Olympians and learn from the National Coach.  All proceeds will go to the Women's Foil program.

Camp Dates: Monday, February 17th, 2014 

Time: 10am-2pm

Coaches: National Coach, Buckie Leach and others (TBD)                          

Venue: Northwest Fencing Center, 4950 SW Western Ave, Beaverton, OR 97005

Invited Participants: Y14, Cadet, Junior WF

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 12

**Athletes in the top 6 (National Team points as of 1/20/2014) for Junior, Cadet, & Y14 may attend for FREE.**

2012 Olympian, Junior and Cadet World Champion, Nzingha Prescod, will join us for bouting and will speak about the challenges of managing school and a competitive fencing career.

Kamilla Garfuzianova, 2012 Olympic Silver Medalist with the Russian team, will also join the program.

Transportation from the Oregon convention center to Northwest fencing center will be arranged.

Personal coaches are encouraged to join us.
