06/05/2017, 4:30pm CDT
By U.S. Center for SafeSport

In partnership with Prevent Child Abuse America, the U.S. Center for Safe Sport will offer two free, 60-minute webinars  in June for youth coaches and administrators to help prevent bullying behaviors and promote team cohesion.

Athletes who experience bullying behaviors may suffer emotional and physical pain and will not perform at their best. To support athletes, these one-hour webinars will:

  1. Address what bullying behaviors look like with a particular focus on the most vulnerable populations
  2. Help coaches and administrators learn to distinguish bullying from mean or rude behaviors
  3. Identify strategies for preventing or responding to bullying behavior

Registration links are available below. As both webinars will cover the same material, please sign up for the date and time that is most convenient for you.
