Equipment check will be:

• 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 25 — for those who are competing on Thursday only
• 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Thursday, Oct. 26, through Sunday, Oct. 29.

We ask that you please try to get your equipment checked no earlier than the day before your first event.

USA Fencing has partnered with McUlsky Health Force to offer an onsite clinic with the current season's flu shot and the latest COVID-19 booster, alongside vaccine information for those with questions. 

Coaches, athletes, family members, officials and anyone from the fencing community can stop by and get their shot(s) for free! 

Please bring your insurance card to be able to receive a vaccination.

The clinic will be open from noon to 4 p.m. Thursday through Sunday at the Orange County Convention Center in the competition hall near the vendors.

Driving to the event? Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to find parking and make your way to the competition halls! With multiple other events happening in the building, spots in the closest lots may go quickly. See the link HERE for parking information on the building. Rates are variable. For reference, the closest lot will be the West Building Lot.

USA Fencing is hosting a Parafencing Clinic as a part of our October NAC! The clinic will be held Friday, Oct. 27, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Orange County Convention Center (West Concourse). The clinic will take place in the “Para Pod” and someone at the USA Fencing Registration desk inside the convention center can provide you with directions there upon your arrival.

Coaches, adaptive sport professionals, and others are welcome to come as well and learn more about the sport, the equipment, and participation opportunities.

We are asking for people to pre-register so we can plan accordingly with equipment and communicate any important information leading up to the clinic. Anyone who is interested in attending can register here.
