Practice Space Available

Clubs attending Summer Nationals can schedule time for practices and athlete training at the USA Fencing Experience at City Center — a separate space about a 15-minute walk from the competition venue. The practice space features three strips that can be reserved in 90-minute blocks. This space is available at no cost to clubs.

Space is limited and is first come, first served. Learn more and register.

Membership Town Hall

Want to meet some of the members of USA Fencing's staff and Board of Directors?

Stop by our Membership Town Hall in Room 103D. It's a great time to get your questions answered and meet some of the individuals who pour their passion into the fencing movement.

The town hall event will be offered twice:

  • Saturday, July 2: 4–5 p.m.
  • Wednesday, July 6: 2–3 p.m.

No-Show Fine and Withdrawals

The No-Show Fine, as approved by the Board of Directors in May 2021, will be in effect for Summer Nationals.

Fencers who fail to withdraw themselves by 5 p.m. local time the night before their competition and subsequently fail to appear at strip for their event will be subject to a fine of $250 per event. Memberships for fencers subject to the fine will be suspended, and fencers will be unable to register for future events or renew their membership until the fine is paid.

In order to withdraw, fencers must email withdrawals@usafencing.org.
