At-Large Director

Damien Lehfeldt is an At-Large Director on the USA Fencing Board of Directors. A member of USA Fencing for nearly 30 years, Damien is most known for “The Fencing Coach,” a blog he’s run for the last decade to provide the fencing community with free resources to make the sport more accessible for athletes, coaches, and parents. 

Lehfeldt is a USFCA-certified Maitre D’Epee and has produced numerous national medalists and an Olympian in Modern Pentathlon. He currently coaches in the Northern Virginia area and serves on the Men’s Epee National Team as the head of strategy and analytics. 

A graduate of Brandeis University, Damien has spent his professional career as a management consulting professional with an expertise in change management, communications, Agile, organizational effectiveness, and learning & development, working primarily in the financial services space. 

As an At-Large Director, Lehfeldt commits to promoting a culture of inclusion, brutal honesty, transparency, and zealous advocacy for all members.
