Job Description: With a consistent growth in membership, Elite Fencing Academy VA is hiring full-time Epee Coaches.
EFA is a home of competitive, new and recreational fencers.
We seek Epee coaches who are willing to work with all levels of fencers.
We offer competitive compensation.
Responsibilities: - Give competitive private lessons
- Manage group fencing classes
- Provide strip coaching at various tournaments
- Work with our management team in developing fencing programs
- Prepare and involve in seasonal EFA camps with our Head Coach
- Assist in running local after school fencing programs
- Work directly with our Head Coach in all areas of operations
Qualifications: - Accountable, Reliable, Consistent and Outgoing Characters
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Strong Verbal Communication Skills
- Able to enjoy working with youth fencers
- Legal to work in the US
- 2+ years of international fencing experience preferred
- Meet all USFA requirement as an active fencing coach (SafeSport & background)
