Job Description: Join a club in the heart of Chicago in a fun neighborhood where our athletes are a diverse group of kids and adults that have created an enviable culture of support and collaboration. They consistently seek constructive feedback and have a drive to improve their skills, while maintaining a love of the sport and not letting the competitive nature of fencing prevent them from championing each other's individual successes. LSF is a growing club, and we need an additional coach to help us meet our regional and national objectives.
Responsibilities: Teach technical and tactical skills in both group and private lesson settings
Lead camps and clinics
Coach at local and regional competitions
Participate in community outreach events to promote club growth (summer festivals, school demos, neighborhood events)
Qualifications: At least 5 years of competitive experience
Able to pass all background and SafeSport requirements
Willing to attend coaching development clinics and camps.
Able to pass USA Fencing Referee Exam
Must have strong English communication skills
