Molly Hill

At-Large Director

Molly Hill is a Senior Image and Color Engineer at The Walt Disney Studios where she supports productions by establishing, automating, and troubleshooting framing and color workflows throughout their pipeline with a focus on VFX. She graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) with two degrees — a BS in Motion Picture Science, and BFA in Film and Animation.

Based out of San Francisco, Molly is an epee and foil referee and Certified Referee Observer who works at national tournaments and international cadet events. She is also a member of the Referee Commission (RC) Ethics and DEIB Committees.

In addition to her role on the Board, Molly has previously served as an At-Large Director for the United States Association of Collegiate Fencing Clubs (USACFC), Chair of the Northern California division, and is a proud former President of RIT Fencing Club. Molly was also the co-author of the WFencing Report Card published in 2020.
