The regional tournaments are an integral part of USA Fencing's structure, providing a pathway for fencers to progress from local to national competitions. The tournaments are spread across all six regions, with more than a dozen tournaments in each.

Among the 103 tournaments, the regional breakdown is as follows:

  • Region 1 (Northwest): 13 tournaments

  • Region 2 (Midwest): 13 tournaments

  • Region 3 (Northeast): 22 tournaments

  • Region 4 (Southwest): 22 tournaments

  • Region 6 (Southeast): 18 tournaments

This year's calendar showcases a diverse array of tournaments, starting with the Fortune Fencing ROC/RJCC/RYC in Ontario, Calif., which kicks off on Aug. 18, 2023, and ending with four tournaments held the weekend of May 3 to 5, 2024, in New York, California (two) and Illinois.
