(Colorado Springs, Colo.) - Effective, Aug. 1, 2011, the use of a conductive bib is required in national level foil competitions that serve as selection events (cadet, junior, senior, wheelchair and veterans). Weapons check at the national level will include testing conductivity of the bib as well as ensure cord connector functionality.
