Bid packets are now available for the 2009-2010 Regional Open Circuit. To be eligible, tournaments must be held between September 1, 2009 and June 30, 2010. "We're looking for a good mix of new and established tournaments across the country," says Mary Griffith, new chair of the ROC Advisory Group, which over sees the circuit. "We want to encourage the development of strong new regional tournaments, so we'll be doing outreach through the USFA and through other outlets such as FRED and" Griffith will hold informal information sessions about the ROC bid process and the circuit in general at the Portland NAC in April; specific details will be available at the NAC registration desk at the venue.
