USA Fencing

(Colorado Springs, Colo.) – The USA Fencing Election Committee is pleased to announce the names of the candidates who will run for election during the 2020 USA Fencing Officers and Board of Directors Election following the conclusion of the petition period.

Position – President (One to be Elected)

Donald Anthony Jr. (Columbus, Ohio)*
Peter Burchard (San Rafael, Calif.)^

Position – Treasurer (One to be Elected)

David Arias (Birmingham, Ala.)*

At-Large Director (One to be Elected)

Lorrie Marcil Holmes (Washington, D.C.)*
Vickie Miller (Durham, N.C.)*
Scott Webb (Grand Rapids, Mich.)*
Richard Weiss (Vienna, Va.)*

Any USA Fencing member age 18 or older in good standing as of February 1, 2020 and who belongs to a membership class that includes the right to vote is eligible to vote for each of these positions.

Candidate statements will be posted on April 27 at www.usafencing.org. The election will begin on May 6 and conclude on May 27.
