COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — A trio of three recent additions to the USA Fencing Membership and Development teams will ensure we serve members better and help unlock new ways for people to financially support our movement.

We invite you to meet Amanda, Brad and Addison below. And if you see them at a future USA Fencing tournament or interact with them by email, we hope you'll welcome them!

Meet Amanda Lilly

Amanda Lilly comes to USA Fencing with seven years of experience in the nonprofit and fundraising sector. Her vast prowess in fundraising and grassroots development will support the continued evolution of the U.S. Fencing Foundation's fundraising strategies and donor outreach.

Previously, Lilly assisted in managing revenue generating programs with USA Triathlon and then with the United States Olympics Paralympic Foundation. She has been a valued member of the Olympic and Paralympic movement for the last three years.

“I always knew one day I wanted to end up back at an NGB making a positive grassroots impact in that sport,” Lilly says. “USA Fencing has given me the opportunity to do just that with supportive co-workers and such a welcoming community. I’m so excited for what the road has in store for this great sport!”

Lilly brings a strong work ethic, communication and marketing skills, and a master’s degree in management of nonprofit organizations.

Meet Brad Suchorski

Brad Suchorski joins USA Fencing with nearly a decade of experience in the Olympic & Paralympic movement. He has led membership and growth programs at USA Lacrosse and USA Weightlifting. Suchorski is an experienced leader with a passion for innovation and member experience.

"I am incredibly excited to join the team at USA Fencing and work towards building a stronger membership community," Suchorski  says. "I look forward to working with the Fencing Community to create engaging programs and services that will drive growth and enhance the experience of all members."

Suchorski brings strategic and creative membership expertise to USA Fencing that will be critical to serving the needs of our current and future members.  A Wisconsin native, he earned his bachelor’s in business administration, with an emphasis on sport management from the University of Colorado — Colorado Springs, and currently resides in Maryland.

Meet Addison Worley

Addison Worley graduated from UCCS in December 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in sports communication. Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Worley lived overseas with his family for eight years. He spent two years in Germany, three years in Russia, and three years in Thailand, graduating from high school in Thailand.

“Having played sports my whole life, being involved in fencing is an amazing opportunity,” he says. “I can’t wait to learn more about it and be an effective member of this organization and this community.”

Worley brings a deep knowledge of culture and its impact on sport, a commitment to providing incredible service, and a desire to learn and grow in all facets of his life.
