(Colorado Springs, Colo.) – USA Fencing is pleased to announce that Fencing Time will be the official tournament software provider for USA Fencing events beginning with the 2012-2013 season.
Founded by foil fencer Dan Berke (Kirkland, Wash.), Fencing Time software will be used to manage pools and tables for all USA Fencing national events, including the National Championships, North American Cups and Junior Olympic Fencing Championships.
“I am excited about our new partnership with USA Fencing. Together, we will take national tournaments to a new level of excellence. By harnessing the latest technology, tournament operations will be more efficient and effective which will provide the fencers, parents, coaches and spectators with the best tournament experience possible,” Berke said. “I'm thrilled that Fencing Time has been selected to provide this service to the entire fencing community.”
Used by tournaments of all sizes throughout the United States, Fencing Time software allows tournaments to run numerous individual and team events simultaneously. The program also updates USA Fencing rating levels and maintains event rosters, seed orders, results and score sheets.
