Also, Kat Holmes is an alumna from her high school and Johnson interviewed her in sixth grade after the Rio Games, and it was a very motivating conversation.
Something People Would Be Surprised to Know: She is interested in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and is learning Arabic as a hobby.
