A former competitive equestrian, Geddes broke her back in a car accident in 2011 and suffered a complete spinal cord injury at T10 ... During rehab at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, met national team member Dennis Aspy, who, she says, “offered me a weapon and a chance to stab people” ... Just a year after beginning wheelchair fencing, Geddes qualified for her first Wheelchair World Championship Team ... Five-time member of the Wheelchair World Championship Team.
