Origin story: My sister was in this Chinese daycare school, and my first coach hosted a one day foil fencing clinic in the gym. My mom encouraged me to attend, so I could branch out of my comfort zone and try a more combative sport since I only did dance and ice skating at that time.
Favorite Athlete/Team: Yuzuru Hanyu and Inna Deriglazova are my favorite athletes of all time. Whether it be ice skating or fencing, both these athletes make their sports look so effortless and graceful.
