USA Fencing Leadership Academy
The USA Fencing Leadership Academy, launched with its inaugural class in 2021, is a 10-month program that provides educational and training opportunities to those interested in serving in leadership roles within the USA Fencing organization.
The Leadership Academy consists of courses that cover topics like governance, the history and organizational structure of USA Fencing and other sports governing bodies, finance, domestic and international events, youth programming, international programs and more.
Past participants, who are listed below, represent a wide range of our USA Fencing community, including volunteers, current and former National Team members, coaches, referees, veteran fencers, parents and more.
