USA Fencing is thrilled to announce the extension of our partnership with GroupHousing, naming them the official event travel services provider of USA Fencing through 2032.

As our trusted travel services partner, GroupHousing handles the negotiation of all USA Fencing hotel room blocks for national events. This ensures competitive pricing and guaranteed space for families traveling to tournaments.

Booking your stay is simple — just look for the links on each tournament’s page on the USA Fencing site. GroupHousing’s team is ready to assist with any changes or questions you may have.

Excitingly, for the 2024-25 season, GroupHousing’s services will now be extended to regional tournament organizers, should they have a need to contract hotel room blocks for attendees. This means they will assist with hotel room block negotiation and reservation booking and management, streamlining this process for organizers, while also providing affordable accommodations for participants.

When our existing contract with GroupHousing was nearing its end, USA Fencing’s CEO, Phil Andrews, and Glen Hollingsworth, our Director of Events, took a careful look at other competing services.  After this review, it was determined that none matched what GroupHousing offers to USA Fencing and its members.
