Since its inaugural class in 2021, the Leadership Academy has remained committed to fostering a diverse array of future leaders who will ensure that USA Fencing continues to thrive as a strong, diverse, and equitable organization.

The 20 individuals selected to be part of the Class of 2024 will participate in monthly training sessions, each lasting approximately three hours. These sessions will be held on one Wednesday each month, with the exact schedule to be finalized.

The first session is anticipated to commence in September 2023, culminating in the final session in June 2024. Graduates of the program will then be honored in person at the 2024 Summer Nationals in Columbus, Ohio.

To be eligible for graduation, candidates are required to attend at least 80% of the sessions (or eight out of 10).
