Fencing Origin Story: Began fencing at age seven at the Societa del Giardino club in Milan, Italy.

Pre-tournament techniques: "I don't adhere to any pre-event superstitions, but I have a unique approach. Before a tournament, I take a moment to reflect on all the good things that life has gifted me with. This sense of gratitude and happiness becomes my source of strength, helping me tackle the competition with a positive mindset."

Favorite non-fencing hobby: "I’ve been passionate about scuba diving for several years, and it's been an incredible journey exploring the underwater world in various seas around the world. Achieving the divemaster certification was a significant accomplishment for me. The underwater experience is truly captivating – the vibrant marine life, the weightlessness, and the feeling of being immersed in a completely different environment. It's not just a hobby; it's a source of focus and relaxation that complements my fencing. The combination of scuba diving and fencing provides a unique balance in my life, allowing me to find slow movements beneath the waves and quick agility on the fencing strip."
